RFP: Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards AV/Staging

In our continuing effort to openly and publicly offer opportunities to work with the Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce, we would like to offer the following RFP:

Open bid for the Audio / Video / Staging services for our HHCoC Business Excellence Awards being held October 25, 2023.

Please submit the form below if you can meet or exceed the following criteria:

Audio (Mixer, speakers, mics, audio snake etc) – provide audio & music
Video Production (switcher, laptop, playback pro, video wall etc)
Lighting (lighting board, lights etc)
Staging (pipe & drape, podium, etc)

This event will be a full award ceremony production, with an audience of 150+ in attendance. Please ensure you submit your proposal no later than August 11^th at 5pm. Membership within the Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce is considered an asset, but is not required. The contract will not necessarily be awarded to the lowest bidder. Only those whom we are interested will be contacted. Thank you for your time and proposal.
